hey guy's we have a good armdrop thing going here they run at an old airstrip and the folks there won't let them prep the track. my street car with normal street tires hooks good at the strip as they can spray, but at the airfield well....lets just say it is slick! so this year I want to get some drag radials to use just for these events. my street tires are 275-60-15 I can smoke em hard with my 3.23 gears! at the airfield. this year I would like to run a shorter tire and my 3.91's so I know I will need a lot more bite. car is nothing fancy just a built 360 with some converter in a 74 charger with a 727 I was thinking of going with 275-50-15 mt et street radials it will drop a my tire down into the 26 inch range from about 28 inches. how are the et street radials? are there better tires? price is not the main factor I just want to smoke some mustangs as there are a lot of them there! with the gear I had last year it was basically a 2 speed that's why I am gearing up and dropping tire diameter. thanks
