no, it comes out of both the squirters AND the airbleeds. more so the squirters, the airbleeds squirt when you're taking your foot off the pedal.
i bought this carb, near new second hand a few years ago to upgrade from my 4150 Race Demon, but it didn't actually run any faster than the Demon in ET, only gain was 2 mph. the Demon had better manners driving around the pits so i went back.
