It ain't that hard to do,and the maintenance isn't bad IMHO... We have a 1971 Demon we have used both 383 and 440 engines in it. Motor plate,small Mopar starter and we used Pro Parts headers.Currently I'm putting the car back on the street,so I changed the headers to Schumacher headers and 2 1/2" exhaust,and put a 3.90 gear in the Dana.Only spark plugs that were a pain were 5 and 7.The radiator came out of a 71 Fury,and we use a trans cooler.To me,it's a easy swap.
