I know some of you guys remember who I am and some of my posts regarding my engine. Finally going to lay some stuff to rest. In our W2 heads we do infact have
2.080" intake valves and 1.600" exhaust. They are the longer valve version. We do
need new valves they are old and shot. Another down fall is it's 3/8 stem which isn't
good for my application. Will be going to what it looks like a 11/32 valve. Next few
things to to do and find out is the head cc's, valve job, guides, and the machine work
that is needed. So yes I think the bigger 950 carb and 1 7/8 headers that most reccomended will be positive gains!
