call your parts house & see what they want for a small bucket of carb cleaner. These have a dip basket & might not be large enough to take the whole carb but probably a main body. I'd soak it for a couple of days & every time you can pick it up & slosh it to help get the soup into the small passages. Rinse it with solvent in your parts washer then blow it out well & I've even used steaming hot water which actually seemed to do better than solvent(for the rinsing). Make sure all traces of gasket material are gone.
