I know this wasn't the OP's question but I read a cool trick on FABO that I'm going to use on my Dart. It seems way easier then welding a washer to the bushing shell.

I purchased an 1 3/8"(I think) tap for $12 on E-bay. What you do is clamp the tap in a vise and screw the LCA onto it. Then you just press against the tap.

I assume an E and B body would require a larger tap but it should still work the same.




Nope, all the LCA bushings are the same on A/B/E cars. I also bought a tap, but I have yet to use it...
