After installing the dash . . . with the original heater cables . . . it would appear there is no adjustment that allows full movement of the lower temp control lever. I have full adjustment to the right (High) but when sliding to the left (Low) it only travels about 3/4 of the way (OK, maybe 2/3'rds). No binding and looking at the cable during movement its as if the steel wire is 1/2" to short relative to the plastic sheathing.
1970 Cuda, March build, no A/C with original components.
Is this normal? Does anyone else have this issue?
