(1) tail (running) lights/lic plate light/side marker lights are on the same single hot wire originating from the headlight switch so since the taillights work you have power to the rear of the car. At the T back there find the open from it to the bulbs/sockets, see that the bulb(s) are making good contact at the base contact for the small filaments. check that the bulb case/sockets have continuity to ground. (2) Turn signals and brake lights are on the same 2 wires at the connector behind the drivers side kick panel so since the TS work then the open is upstream from there (TS switch/its' harness/brake light switch/brake light fuse). Unplug the dangling TS/brake connector under the column & see if the white wire in the body half of the connector has fire when the brake pedal is depressed. If good there then with the TS stalk in neutral see on the column half of the connector with your VOM see if there is continuity between the white wire and the 2 brake light wires (there should be). www.mymopar.com has the colors for you. One of these tests will tell you something
