I Add a 2nd output lead (8 gauge) from the alternator output stud to the starter relay stud or battery. Doug

that'd be the simplist/fastest way plus cleaning all connections might be enough of an upgrade to take care of you.

So.......... ...........After reading some of the links to older posts and seeing the diagrams posted by Nacho, it would seem that running a wire from the batt(start Relay post) to the Amm, and another from the Alt post to the Charge side of the Amm (both new wires through a separate grommet in the firewall) would take ALOT of load and potential heat away from the bulkhead connector. Am I right on this? Would this setup be easily converted to a Voltmeter setup later if I decide to change my gauges?

AND....... I have my fuel pump power comming from the start relay post to an oil pressure switch on back of engine, then straight to the pump from there. Not a good idea?
