looking for info on a large ?? dodge truck from around 1959/60 maybe some oen knows or has seen one, with a 318 poly motor with an unusuall timing chain cover ,,raised up water pump mounting area to get the water pump up higher then usuall to the middle of the radiator.,,, an y one seen one of these ?? thanks

I wouldn't mined having one of those timing covers laying around.

There is one sitting in the OKC pull a part in the truck section.

Don't these also have three hole bolt covers?

Just a question....didn't the early(late 50's to the early 60's) poly motors(277-318) have extended cranks?

I WOULD BE VERY INTERESTED IN THAT ONE SITTING IN THE PICK A PART IF ITS THE CORRECT TIMING COVER,, THE 277 241 270 315 325 331 ETC POLY MOTORS DID HAVE AN EXTENDED CRANK,,THEY HAVE NOTHING IN COMMON WITH THE 1959 THRU 1966 POLY 318, THE ONLY PART THAT INTERCHANGES BETWEEN SOME OF THEM IS THE DISTRIBUTOR, THATS WHY ALL THE EARLY POLY AND EARLY HEMI MOTORS WENT OUT OF PRODUCTION,,TO COSTLY NOTHING INTERCHANGED,, ITS SAD THE EARLY POLY MOTORS MADE GOOD POWER AND HAVE COOl VALVE COVERS,,,THE 1959 THRU 1966 POLY 318 IS THE BASES OF WHAT WE KNOW AS THE LA small block
