Pull the distributor and move the oil pump drive one tooth CCW, that will alow more distributor movement The Mopar factory service manuals says to bring the motor up to top dead center on the number one cylinder foring stroke and align the oil pump drive so the slot is aligned with the camshaft centerline Then install the distributor
