Are the "same 2 tires" on the same "axle"? Is it both fronts or both rears? If so it may be the brakes dragging.

They are at opposite corners. How would dragging brakes cause the air pressure to rise and stay that way? I get that the brakes would run at a hotter temperature but would it really cause the air pressure to go up several PSI every 2-3 weeks?

I just noticed this in the last month or two. I've had the same tires for years and the same alloy wheels which I've had to get remounted due to leaks around the bead. Come to think of it both of the suspected tires were the ones that were remounted. One of those was remounted a couple years ago and I didn't notice an increase last year. I think the other was remounted last year.

The strange thing is I've had this vehicle since Oct of 2001, have had 2 sets of tires during that time and never encountered this before.
