Those are replacement plugs.Used them at the shop where it was $$$$ to replace a standard soft plug.They go in the hole and there is a nut that tightens and expands it.I used a lot on the old junkers we used to get at work.They actually work very well and last.I installed one that I know was in for at least 5 years and no problems.They came out after the rubber type.Rocky
