The low deck street dominator wasn't as good as the 440 version.I would consider an rpm intake for more bottom end,throttle response and better idle characteristics of a dual plane.For a carb if you want a vacuum secondary one of the 750 holley hp carbs would work very well.They flow more than 750.

You didn't mention what kind of converter you are running.
A well tuned 750-850 double pumper would be fine as well.
