And here is a clip with the old hydro stick- comp xtreme energy hi-lift 275/.525 cam. The .05 on that cam was split in the high 230s with a touch more exhaust duration.
http://youtu.be/iyU83fpak4AThe MP stick is way softer below 3k, more like an emmissions 318, which makes it more fun to rev up. The comp cam was actually noisier and came on strong at 2200 which was annoying with a stickshift- you either had to launch the car or let out the clutch slow or it would jerk hard when it got up on the cam. An auto with a 2500 stall would have loved that cam.
I changed the cam because the #2 intake lifter would not pump up anymore and I like playing with engines.
