I would bet they are a decent shock. I have Koni spa-1's and when I changed to them, over the lakewood 90/10's there was a day/night difference......

In order of cost here are the things you can do to your front end....
1)Install your upper control arm bushing greased and loose
2) Install a polly lower control arm bushing ( stock one are a rubber press fit)
3)Try and get a min of 5 inches of travel ( front as low as you can get it)
4)Loosen up a set of Moog strut rod bushings (this will give More travel too)
5)Strut rods with rod ends. This is pretty huge!!! The PST look real good. (So do the Dillengers but I would not drive around the block with the chincy rod end they use.)
6) Front shocks Calverts to Afco's the more you spend the better.....
