I'm a sheet metal worker for the union, spent some time in the fab shop, a duct 90* elbow is basically the same as a wheel tub. Not sure what a Pittsburgh seam is. It looks like a double bend or S shape. The rad of the tub is just a 90* roll. It needs to fit into one end of the S then the end of the S to be tapped over to hold it in. Cheers Don.
