I'm thinking the HP specs where 95 lbs on the seats and 300 lbs. opended at .484 lift at the retainers I like and use 140 to 175 lbs on the seats and 325 to 375 opened on flat tappet cams, solid or hydraulic lifters. I use 1.6 ratio rockers whenever I can on Mopar BB motors
