We know that R4 is the most frequent color on the cars that Dave has documented.

Since we do not know the production figures of all the colors of A12 RRs made, we do not know that R4 was the most popular color. There could have been X more A4 cars than R4 made but if all of the A4 cars have been destroyed, Dave could not track them.

Without factory production figures, there is no way to know how many of what color were made.
