I hear ya, and this is why I am asking now before the motor goes together...I was never really sure what the rating on I-beam rods was- in fact, I have read some internet debates where some argue I beams are better then H! (I know, don't believe everything you read on the internet LOL).

I was just unsure is all, and a friend turned me on to the possible issue when I mentioned stroker with light spray here and there
