the skirts on those pistons will need to be machine so that the 360 journals do not hit them...

also with no valve reliefs..your cam lift is going to be limited.

so would that be the silvlite 1278 piston referanced in your link?

a while back i did some looking and came up with these..

sealed power LC371P
silvolite 1278
badger p287
AE Clevite engine parts 2241930*

*which I assume is the first one of the two the OP listed.

I have a 360 crank going into a roller cam 318 block and need to figure out piston and heads also.

with the stock 318 pistons and 360 crank it makes a 346 cubic inch.correct?
I have been grinding on the skirts of some old 318 pistons but i dont think I would trust it to run it with a tight budget.

what piston for a 349 CI?

surly there is a piston that does not need grinding to fit/work
