seperate the dangling electrical connector for the br/ts under the steering column & with your VOM on the column half see if you have continuity between the white "in" wire from the brake pedal switch and the 2 "out" wires to the dr/pass respective brake lights with the stalk in neutral. Not sure of the colors but if in doubt www.mymopar.com will have them for you. Your turn signals work so from the electrical connector behind the DR kick panel rearward you are good
