Have Bullet grind you the original 231/239@.050 Ultradyne hydraulic grind but go with the 'slow' exhaust ramp. Cut it on 108 centers and put it in at 104.

Wall to wall torque and power, choppy idle but Zero drivability issues.

Another good choice is the old Crower 231/240 cut on 108 in at 105, can't remember the grind number.

Comp has an XE grind that is 231/237 but I don't care for the valvetrain clatter they make on Mopars (basically a Chevy lobe scaled up and driving much heavier Mopar valvetrain) if you have to go Comp the 286 magnum (custom order) 236@.050 single pattern on 110 in at 106 is a good one.
