Yes it has a dust boot on it and the yoke is compressing it some at rest. When I got it back-halved the builder put in a bunch of pinion angle and I guess he did it to pull the driveshaft away from the transmission. I have corrected it and noticed how close they are now. I will measure it to make sure it has at least 3/4". Thanks for the help.
