I previously owned two 1971 Chargers both with factory white interior and both were painted black in the rear door frame area. Both fender tags had the code TX9 in the door frame color area just before the interior upholstry color code. Black and white interior cars are the only ones I've found to have black door frame paint (on 1971 Chargers anyways)
