I'll have to look at my Satellites and GTX's to be sure of the combinations I have. I know I have one '67 Belvedere II that has a white accent on the top of the door that is continued on the front hood edge molding and another '67 Belvedere II that has a black non-textured accent on the top of the door that is continued on the front hood edge molding. Of all the '67's I've had, my white one was the only one I had ever seen until yours. The remainder of the door is non-textured black.
