Tech cards are provided by the home track and supposed to be filled out prior to coming to Indy. However, all S/P cars and 9.99 Pro cars are re-tech'ed at the track by Division 3 tech team. Have been for as many years as I can remember. (late 1990's when I started racing the finals)

Pro and Sportsman cars are checked at the local tracks, but a random tech can be made.
