Based on the radio, It looks like 1970 Dart Custom . The radio found in a 1970 Dart Custom used the same knobs as the 1970 B body .
The other dart models used the standard 70-76 A body knobs, except of course the swinger 340 (rallye dash) which used a thumbwheel radio in '70.
