The standard dash was a standard item on all 70 Cuda models, Hemi or otherwise. The Rallye gauge package was an option. I don't have an exact count (nor do any solid numbers exist) but it seems I've seen more original Hemi Cudas with standard gauges than with Rallyes, it was common.
