I have a set of box stock Edelbrock RPM heads on my 440/493 and was curious about head porting. I have 10.8 compression, a 292/509 cam, RPM intake, 850 VS carb, 2" TTI headers and 2 1/2" exhaust. I dont drag race the car, but might someday. I've considered swapping in a Comp Cams XE285 stick. I've asked around about porting here in Sacramento but haven't had much luck. I would expect this service to be pricey and wonder if the juice is worth the squeeze. Any thoughts?
