OK so I was wondering what size wheel and backspacing would I need to put a 29x12.50 micket thompson sportsman street tire on a stock width 8-3/4 in a 68 dart? Anybody running a combo like that? I was guessing a 10" wide rim with a 7" backspacing? I have measured from the frame out to the lip on the qtr and its 0ver 15" wide so should be plenty of room with the right wheel and tire combo.
