I have a 70 Challenger 383 I don't drive that often. And that's part of the problem. The main reason I don't is it seems the fuel evaporates in the carb between runs, and whenever I do decide to drive it, the car runs terribly for quite some time until fresh gas has made its way thru the carb. (750 Holley)So it's a vicious circle- I don't drive the car because it runs poorly, and it runs poorly because I don't drive it.

Which brings me to EFI systems. I don't mind paying the money if it will make the car so that I don't feel like going further than 300 yards from home will require me to get my AAA card out. Any recommendations or experiences you could share?

Just out of curiosity, why is it I can let my 86 Toyota 22r (also carbuerated) sit for three months, and it starts right up?
