IMGTX I Live Here Joined: Apr 2003 Posts: 12,235 Looking for a way out of Middl...	I found on many cars that use the smaller starter the large starter will not clear the support. (not talking about late model mini starter but the Large vs small OEM starters) Maybe the difference in length is a support for a large starter and a small starter?
