Unscrew the pinion nut , remove yoke , install new seal , reinstall yoke and tighten nut. No worries about crushing a crush sleeve and getting the preload too tight. The thing I would want to know is why is the seal leaking? Is it just a worn out seal, or is a bearing starting to go causing the seal to leak.
