Why don't you get them waterjet or laser cut, alot cheaper than hole sas and much more accurate. The average guy can't build them in his garage unless he has the proper fab equipment. They can be cobbled up at home for sure. The gentleman who said he pay $200 a set is right on the money price wise. I've seen cobbled up pieces at swap meets and they look like they were made at home, welds looked like bird dung. Aniother thing, they are much nicer looking with tig welds instead of wire feed.
