both are good, be sure to talk to them about what trans they have as they have different input bearings, syncros etc... just to be sure you get the right parts the first time.

To be sure because shipping ins $$$, pull the side cover off and send some pics to them - they should be able to ID what you need right off the bat. You can pull the cover off in the car (drain the oil first)
