Looking at past years, it was 144 in 2009 and 146 in 2010.

In 2011 I went to 34 races, that is above average for me. But my runs per race was slightly lower than 2009-2010,

2011: 177/34 = 5.2 Remember that is 2 time trials plus 3.2 rounds
2010: 146/25 = 5.8
2009: 144/26 = 5.5
