Dan, on your car, since it was a simple mask along a body line, I would not consider that a 'special' mask like doing the doors a different color would be.
Figured it didn't need "special mask"; I was thinking the terms were always used together when "special" paint or finish care was needed. Kind of like "cc" is still used but always meant "Carbon Copy" and when was the last time you were "Carbon" copied besides the "Quicky Mart register"
Were the terms Special Paint or Special Mask ever used by themselves or were they always used together?
