Y codes are generally accounting codes for the most part. In this case, they just show where the cars sale was to take place and / or where the original order originated from. As an example, cars ordered from overseas by US Servicemen were labeled as Y09 cars, even though they were picked up in the states. (Look for Y11 on the broadcast sheet)

Some packages were available with cars built for Canada that were not available on cars intended for the US & some options were available for export cars that actually were shipped overseas, but nothing was different based on just the Y05, 07 or 09 codes themselves as far as options go.
