If you have an electric water pump, don't run a thermostat or a restrictor.
please explain why not. Doesnt an electric pump move more water than a mech at idle? Im about to use both a stat and the heater.
You can leave the pump running and completely cool the motor down. If the thermostat closes, you can't circulate water. Meziere says NOT to run a thermostat w/ any of their pumps.
you cant circulate water in and or out of the radiator..but it still circulates through the pump-engineblock-heads and intake..fwiw. cheapst If you street drive the car id expect you'll realise you need a thermostat.. but this was stated race only in the heading..
