I've installed the AMD trunk floor in the 2nd gen Charger, no issues with the floor, just the trunk extentions, they needed a little trimming/modification to fit, no biggy, the fit of the trunk floor was good, but you did need to "stretch" the wells by clamping the piss out of them to close up all the seams/gaps, ....but in the end the fit/finish was very good

How much did you have to pull in the wells? If I locate the rear lip where it needs to go then I have about 1/2-5/8" gap at the wells. I can pull it in with clamps but it seems to distort the outer well and I then worry about quarter panel fit problems.

I probally had to "stretch" them about 1/4" to close the gap up, if your gap is that much larger (1/2-5/8") I'd rather push the pan forward and close up the wheel house mating edges, and then "play" with the gap at the rear, you could add a flange, once welded ground, and seam sealed you wouldn't know, just make sure the rear of the car is where it needs to be, before welding stuff in

Ya that's probably what I'll have to end up doing. Thanks!
