If he could have elaborated he wouldn't have said "maybe", but being there aren't any other aftermarket factory appearing heads out there he is probably right. But you are correct that Brandon was a little vague about a few of the specifics. No intake volume size either but he did say not quite a max wedge size. and valves seats are 2.14x1.81 iirc. Chambers are same as standard stealths at 80cc.
