Do you have a factory service manual? It`s all in there on hows it`s wired up. The front parking lights are working exactly like they should be. Turn the headlight switch on to the parking light position and the parking lights will be on, turn on the headlights and the parking lights will go off. My 67 GTX is the same way and my 68 Charger was the same way.
