Do the leakdown test agian, try rocking the crankshhaft back and forth a tiny bit(no more then 5 BTDC or 5 ATDC )and then remove the valve covers and tap(hard) the rocker arms with a dead blow rubber hammer or plastic mallet while the pressure is in the cylinders and see if it helps seal the valves better cold, sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't If it still leaks with the same percentage maybe it is time to look elsewhere Hows the converter
