sailboat OP member S Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 91 canada	In the process of finishing off a full restoration on my 1970 Challenger TA. The question that i have is does anyone know if the two "blackout" areas underneath the rear spoiler (the blackout areas that sit on top of the quarter panel beneath the spoiler) are part of the vinyl stripe kit or are they painted on in blackout.
