Any plans for edelbrock or someone on these heads? Is porting stock heads the only option at this point?

I haven't heard anything yet. but the 3Gen hemi's are a great head to start from. Anything that would be a improvment would be a race head only.

From the 5.7 eagle head to the 6.4 Apache head I been seeing flow numbers from 280-300+cfm in a stock head with porting even more so.

And they are super cheap on top of that the after market would be very hard press IMO to top the stock head IMO

when the 5.7 came out, David Vizard did a big article on them, and with minor bowl blending, he got low to mid lift flows better than a SB2 NASCAR head, with max flow at about 300CFM...with the stock 1.9 valve. now toss the 6.1, 5.7 Eagle, and 6.4 Apache head in the mix, and you have a factory casting installed in vehicles that OOTB are approaching W7,8& 9 as cast flow capacity, or bettering max ported W2's, W5's and Indy small block heads....
