halory OP member H Joined: Apr 2011 Posts: 4 Richmond, Va	I built a 340 stroker (408). Used a 292 duration 508 lift hydraulic cam, with edelbrock heads 273 adjustable rockers with the stock pushrods (the 273 was a solid lift motor). Wiped out the cam in 500 miles. Why do you think the cam wiped out? Are the push rods to long for hydraulic lifters?
