I found the Hoosier DR hooks the best, The BFGs are #3 on the big 3 DR scale from feedback on them, they will hook, but if its a stick car it might be tricky. I can vouch that the Hoosier DRs hook "hard", even on crappy track prep in a stick car, With my MTs on my dart they were a bit finiky on the bottle on a so-so prep, I had my extention too tight & they would just skate untill i let off then got back into it, On the 3 sets of MTs i ran in 3 different cars the best pressure was 17 lbs. "cold", anything over 19 was a wash, but every car is different, I'd start with 18 cold & see how it does, & don't need a john force burnout for them to hook, just get them hot quick & pull to the line.
