Hello guys.

I installed exhaust manifolds on my 440 and one of the stud holes was stripped. I had to retap one of the holes to accept the stud, unfortunately I still couldn't get the bolt to tighten up too well.

Well anyways I hooked up the radiator and everything and poured water into the radiator and there is a little bit of water dripping out of the exhaust manifold bolt pictured.

I think I must have dipped into a coolant passage?

What is my course of action to repair this? I am going to remove the manifold tonight.

Will I have to remove the head to fix this?

Please advise.
