Sorry Bruce, but the e-brake cable on your black Challenger is routed incorrectly. The clip your lookin for is for the speedo cable only. The e-brake is routed through the hole behind the fender and on the inside of the framerail. The 71 Challenger does NOT use that speedo cable clip for the e-brake.
